The role involves executing essential financial tasks, ensuring accuracy, and supporting timely financial reporting and decision-making.

Role Overview

The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for key financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, ledger management, reconciliations, and compliance. This position requires precision, integrity, and the ability to manage tasks effectively under pressure to meet deadlines, contributing to the financial health and operational efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and ledgers.
• Coordinate daily accounting-related operations to support warehouse department activities.
• Manage general ledger entries, ensuring journal accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and customer accounts.
• Support payroll processing and inter-department cost allocations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi National.
• 0-1 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting.
