About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager - Destination Strategy to join its marketing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving brand growth and engagement across various channels. The Assistant Manager will contribute to establishing Qiddiya's position as a leading entertainment, sports, and arts destination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with Qiddiya's business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform marketing planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, events, and digital marketing, to ensure integrated strategy execution.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, identifying key metrics and recommending data-driven improvements.
  • Support the budgeting, planning, and scheduling of marketing activities for efficient resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for the successful delivery of marketing projects.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and communication plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, planning, or similar roles is essential.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including digital marketing and analytics software.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
