Assistant Sales Manager

About the Role

Leylaty Group is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and executing sales strategies within a fast-paced hospitality and food & beverage environment. The Assistant Sales Manager will play a key part in managing day-to-day sales activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Support the Sales Manager in managing key accounts and building strong client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives.
• Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and contract follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or food & beverage sectors.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
