Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a vendor portfolio across assigned categories, fostering strong relationships to ensure long-term vendor success on the platform.
• Drive selection growth by identifying and onboarding new ASINs that align with category strategy and contribute to overall ASIN targets.
• Enhance numeric distribution and fill rates through close collaboration with vendors to optimize availability, minimize stockouts, and improve supply chain reliability.
• Conduct regular vendor business reviews to evaluate performance, share insights, and align on growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and deals, ensuring vendor engagement and alignment to maximize impact.

Core Focus and Impact

The Associate Category Manager will own the end-to-end vendor relationship for a designated portfolio of suppliers. This includes driving selection, availability, and commercial performance across Amazon Now's network. The role requires working closely with vendors to onboard new products, address availability gaps, negotiate trading terms, and maintain high in-stock positions essential for quick commerce. The manager will utilize data to identify opportunities, collaborate with internal teams such as Category Leadership, Supply Chain, and Operations, and translate vendor performance into tangible customer-facing improvements.
