Parsons is seeking an Associate Civil Engineer to join the Tamkeen Program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on developing foundational civil engineering skills within a structured environment.

Role Overview

The Associate Civil Engineer operates in a developmental capacity, learning and applying basic civil engineering techniques and analyses under close supervision. This role provides exposure to engineering theories, practices, and Company procedures, preparing individuals for future growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and perform various civil engineering duties, applying basic engineering techniques and analyses within one discipline.
• Receive training in the utilization of engineering theories and practices.
• Gain exposure to Company procedures and operational guidelines.
• Participate in a structured rotational program, which may include experience in Project Controls, Procurement, Construction Management, and various engineering disciplines.
• Engage with CAE (computer-aided engineering) and CAD (computer-aided design) applications as part of assignments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Saudi National.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations as required.
