Associate Cloud Consultant OpenShift (Saudi National)

About the Role

Red Hat is seeking an Associate Cloud Consultant to join its Consulting team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on the on-site delivery and implementation of modern Red Hat technology. The consultant will build technical expertise in Red Hat cloud technologies while ensuring a positive customer experience through quality work. This position is open to Saudi nationals only and requires the candidate to be located in Saudi Arabia.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert at customer sites, addressing technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs.
• Continuously learn about new technologies and apply these concepts to customer requirements.
• Produce quality results and provide support for multiple projects across various industries.
• Keep stakeholders informed of actual or potential issues that may impact project or company performance.
• Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification, design, testing, and deployment of open source solutions.
• Provide written project documentation for distribution within Red Hat and the customer’s management team.
• Adapt to changing customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting or a related role.
• Experience with enterprise-wide deployments.
• Demonstrated experience communicating value, progress, and metrics of key projects to stakeholders and diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Technical Focus

The role requires understanding customer infrastructure with a particular focus on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and other Red Hat cloud technologies. Recommendations will be made based on business needs and the customer's environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift AI is considered a significant advantage.
