Role Summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Associate Director Hospitality Strategy Support to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's hospitality offerings. The Associate Director will ensure these initiatives align with Qiddiya's overarching vision and contribute to delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of asset positioning strategies and operator selection processes.
• Manage the execution of feasibility studies, asset briefs, and financial modeling for significant projects.
• Provide support to senior team members in strategic planning and stakeholder alignment efforts.
• Manage third-party consultants as required for project needs.
• Oversee the execution of hospitality strategy across multiple assets within the portfolio.
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to their professional development.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Between 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Team and Project Scope

This role operates within a dynamic environment, requiring collaboration with senior leadership and the supervision of junior team members. The Associate Director will also be responsible for managing external consultants and ensuring the consistent execution of hospitality strategies across a diverse range of assets, contributing directly to high-impact projects within Qiddiya's portfolio.
