Role Overview: Associate Director Product Management - Financial Services

As an Associate Director Product Management at Publicis Sapient, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on defining, articulating, and executing product strategies that enhance customer experience and business outcomes. This role involves collaboration with clients engaged in major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) initiatives to understand their business and end-customer needs, with a continuous focus on delivering value through rapid release and feedback cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients, consultants, and strategists to define business goals and value pools, shaping product propositions for transformative business outcomes or customer experience.
• Develop solution hypotheses iteratively based on competitive benchmarking, industry and market trend analysis, and customer journey mapping to guide product development and validate learning through user testing.
• Translate product strategy into a roadmap containing defined and prioritized user stories, features, and enablers to realize the product vision and support clients in achieving long-term competitive advantage.
• Establish objective product goals with success and acceptance criteria using relevant metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcomes.
• Design and enable solutions or digital transformation initiatives that enhance business value delivery and responsiveness for clients by applying Lean and Agile practices and frameworks.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, teams, and vendors, developing influence without formal authority.
• Inspire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Analysts to facilitate continuous improvements in developing and enhancing digital products and services.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated success in managing digital products, strategy, experience, and enterprise solutions/services from ideation to launch, including engineering and operational quality.
• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team on customer-focused products and services.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of design thinking principles, with experience leading or facilitating workshops to cultivate innovation.
• Ability to solve complex business problems to maximize value while balancing technical constraints.
• Mastery in techniques and methodologies that maximize value flow, rooted in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles, with a passion for extending this understanding throughout the organization.
• Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholders and diverse teams as a servant leader and steward of economic and customer value.
• Ability to use storytelling to influence decisions without formal authority.
• Comfortable with financials, KPIs, and forecasts, with success leveraging such data to make decisions about product iterations.
