Lendo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading product strategy and direction across key areas of the Lendo platform as the company continues to expand.

Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will identify and prioritize high-value opportunities, guiding products from discovery through launch and optimization. This position requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and wider business teams to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes within Lendo's regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a major product area, ensuring alignment with Lendo's business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities based on customer insight, market developments, and product performance.
• Set clear priorities and provide direction to Product Managers and Product Analysts.
• Lead complex product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, validating problems before committing to solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to develop scalable products from business and customer problems.
• Make prioritization and scope decisions, balancing customer impact, commercial value, technical complexity, and risk.
• Own key product and commercial outcomes, using data and customer insight to measure performance and identify improvements.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, ensuring product decisions are evidence-based and measured post-launch.
• Identify and lead opportunities to apply AI across Lendo's products to improve customer outcomes, efficiency, or product performance.
• Champion practical AI adoption within the Product team, utilizing modern tools for discovery, analysis, documentation, and delivery.
• Mentor and develop Product Managers and Product Analysts to enhance product standards within Lendo.
• Partner with Engineering, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver products within a regulated environment.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, outcomes, and major trade-offs to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in product management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy and execution.
• Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring collaboration across various internal teams.
