Role Summary: Associate - Logistics & Import

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an Associate - Logistics & Import to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the DC supply chain function by managing day-to-day supplier relations and administrative tasks related to logistics and import operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare purchase orders based on customer orders and business requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely product deliveries.
Follow up with suppliers regarding invoices and shipment documentation.
Verify supplier invoices against proof of delivery and update records in the system.
Ensure accurate and complete data entry across logistics and supply chain systems.
Maintain logistics, supplier, and shipment records while supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
Schedule meetings and coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Support compliance with company policies and Delegation of Authority (DOA) procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics, import, or supply chain support.
Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks and supplier management.
Proficiency in data entry and record maintenance within logistics systems.
