The Opportunity

Wentworth is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to join its growing Saudi Arabia operations in Riyadh. This full-time role involves a pivotal leadership position, contributing to the delivery of complex structural engineering projects and supporting the strategic expansion of the business in the region. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex structural engineering building designs.
• Oversee structural design solutions across both Structural and Construction engineering disciplines.
• Manage technical quality, programme delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction for projects.
• Review and approve calculations, drawings, specifications, and engineering reports.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers and technicians.
• Drive innovation, sustainable design practices, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Support the Country Director with business development initiatives and help secure future opportunities through delivery excellence.
