The Role: Automated Operations Engineer

Ericsson is seeking a Graduate Automated Operations Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is offered on a 12-month contract, designed for fresh graduates. The role combines network expertise, analytical thinking, and customer-service orientation to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of networks.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor a live mobile network 24/7 within the Network Operations Center (NOC), working in rotational shifts to identify and resolve issues promptly and prevent service disruptions, including critical emergency calls.
Coordinate, support, manage, and execute 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure continuous service availability and adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance standards.
Open and manage customer trouble tickets, and process service orders using various operational systems and tools.
Initiate and support incident investigations through trend analysis of end-user performance and network faults, facilitating early identification of potential customer issues.
Actively participate in the development and implementation of new solutions to meet evolving customer requirements.
