- Monitor project performance using agreed KPIs and success metrics.
- Support the establishment of governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business benefits and operational improvements.
- Ensure clear communication of programme status, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders.
Required Experience and Qualifications

- Strong project and programme management experience, including responsibility for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience driving business transformation and operational improvement projects.
- Background in Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Treasury Services, or Banking Operations.
- Experience managing technology-enabled change programmes while maintaining a strong business focus.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced transformation environments.
- Track record of delivering strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile and Preferred Qualifications

This individual will possess a blend of banking domain expertise, digital transformation experience, and strong delivery leadership. They must have the credibility to engage senior stakeholders while managing execution across multiple workstreams. The role requires a highly business-focused and commercially aware individual, comfortable leading change initiatives without direct involvement in technical implementation details.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working within banking environments.
- Familiarity with automation technologies and transformation methodologies, including workflow automation, process digitisation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Exposure to COO, Operations Transformation, Target Operating Model, or Enterprise Transformation programmes.
