The Automotive Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to ensuring an excellent customer experience by effectively communicating with clients, understanding their vehicle concerns, and coordinating with the workshop team to recommend and deliver suitable services.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle concerns.
• Recommend appropriate automotive services based on vehicle diagnosis and customer needs.
• Prepare accurate service estimates for customers.
• Coordinate efficiently with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Ensure an excellent overall customer experience from inquiry to service completion.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant automotive service role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Good understanding of automotive workshop processes.
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues and service recommendations to customers.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and handle customers professionally.
