Bakery Junior Sous Chef

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Bakery Junior Sous Chef to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading daily kitchen operations and contributing to memorable guest experiences within the hotel's Food & Beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to kitchen staff, specifically within Food & Beverage outlets.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including the creation and monitoring of production lists, conducting line checks, and managing service.
• Develop and implement seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials.
• Foster strong relationships between Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as stock take management, ordering, and scheduling.

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience.
