Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to approved standards.
• Receive customer orders and record them on the cashier system.
• Receive payments and issue invoices.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Monitor the availability of materials and supplies and inform the supervisor when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle their inquiries.
• Adhere to quality, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the work assigned by the direct supervisor.
