About Gold Apple and the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, and tea, ensuring professional and timely delivery.
• Maintain beverage quality and consistency by strictly adhering to established recipes and company standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, which includes accurately taking orders, addressing inquiries, and offering informed recommendations.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the entire work area, specifically the coffee preparation and serving stations.
• Contribute to a welcoming customer atmosphere through positive engagement and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment to ensure it remains in optimal working condition.
• Manage inventory and place orders for necessary beverage ingredients and supplies.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines pertinent to food and beverage handling.

Candidate Profile
