About the Role
izil Beauty, a premium soul-care brand, is seeking a Beauty Advisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position supports the Store Manager and Senior Sales Advisor in delivering an exceptional customer experience, upholding high-quality standards, and driving sales through expert product knowledge and personalized service.
Core Responsibilities
The Beauty Advisor is responsible for engaging with customers, providing detailed product information, and offering tailored recommendations to meet individual needs. This role involves proactively approaching customers, offering expert advice, and professionally handling inquiries and transactions. A key aspect of the position is resolving customer complaints with a problem-solving approach to ensure satisfaction. Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the product range, current promotions, and company policies is essential.
Sales and Store Operations
- Assisting customers with product selection and providing personalized service to drive sales.
- Processing sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and managing daily revenue closing.
- Arranging and maintaining merchandise displays according to company guidelines, trends, and product popularity.
- Ensuring shelves are consistently stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Monitoring inventory levels, reporting stock shortages, and assisting with new shipment deliveries.
Team Collaboration and Administration
This role requires collaboration with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. The Beauty Advisor will assist in maintaining an organized and hygienic store environment in compliance with company standards. Administrative duties include recording customer orders and updating relevant details in the company database. A commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends, and adhering to company policies is expected.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.
