About the Role

Tahaluf Al'Ashiqqa Investment is seeking an experienced Beef Sales Manager Fresh & Frozen Meat to develop and expand its fresh and frozen beef business within Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and focuses on establishing strong B2B sales channels and cultivating long-term relationships with key clients in the meat distribution and foodservice sectors.

Role Overview

The Beef Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of fresh/chilled and frozen beef products across Saudi Arabia. This involves engaging with a diverse range of institutional buyers, including meat distributors, wholesalers, HORECA suppliers, restaurants, catering companies, central kitchens, and retailers. The position requires a focus on building recurring monthly sales volumes and securing long-term supply agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of fresh/chilled and frozen beef products.
Develop new B2B customers and key accounts throughout Saudi Arabia.
Build recurring monthly sales volumes and long-term supply relationships.
Understand customer requirements for cuts, specifications, packaging, and volumes.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer demand forecast.
Monitor market pricing, competition, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure reliable supply and delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in sales.
Candidates with existing experience and strong relationships in the Saudi meat, food distribution, wholesale, HORECA, or foodservice market are highly preferred.
