Sales Representative Saudi National

About the Role

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's Bakery, Meat, and Beverage products within assigned territories and to specific customers.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets set by the company. The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding the customer base and ensuring timely product delivery and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers and outlets on a regular schedule to present and sell company products.
• Achieve individual and territory sales targets in line with company policy.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Collect customer orders accurately and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
• Follow up on payments and collections in accordance with company credit policy.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends, and report findings to the Sales Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and customer feedback, and submit periodic reports.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and applicable Saudi regulations.

Performance Requirements

Achievement of assigned sales targets is a mandatory element of this role and serves as a core Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for formal evaluation in every performance review period.

• Percentage achievement of assigned sales target per company policy (core KPI, evaluated every period).
• Customer visit plan adherence and coverage rate.
• Collections and receivables aging within approved limits.
• New customer acquisition and account growth.
