DeepSource Technologies is seeking a dedicated BI and Reporting Expert to join our team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals who are looking to contribute to data-driven decision-making within a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

The BI and Reporting Expert plays a crucial role in transforming complex raw enterprise data into clear, actionable visual insights, interactive dashboards, and comprehensive executive reporting solutions. This position acts as a vital link between IT infrastructure and business leadership, directly supporting data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade interactive dashboards and automated reports using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Develop robust star/snowflake schemas, optimize DAX/SQL queries, and manage data models to ensure high performance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and maintain automated ETL/ELT pipelines, integrating data from various sources including ERPs, CRMs, and SQL databases into data warehouses.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks, executive summaries, and functional dashboard specifications.
• Enforce row-level security (RLS), uphold data quality standards, and manage access control policies across all Business Intelligence platforms.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in developing dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts, including star/snowflake schemas, and experience with DAX/SQL queries.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data integration from various enterprise systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and data solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance principles, including data quality and security measures like Row-Level Security (RLS).

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, KSA. The role requires a Saudi National to work within a collaborative team environment, contributing to critical data initiatives.
