About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a BIM Coordinator – Architect to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves the development, coordination, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for luxury construction projects within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment. The position requires expertise in BIM technologies to ensure that building design models are precise, integrated, and aligned with the aesthetic and functional standards of luxury projects.

Role Overview

The BIM Coordinator will oversee the architectural and structural components of BIM models, ensuring collaboration with other disciplines such as MEP and Civil. This role supports the PMC’s commitment to delivering high-quality luxury developments by maintaining model accuracy and coordination across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and update detailed 3D building models (architectural and structural) using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools.
• Ensure architectural and structural models align with luxury design standards, integrating high-end materials, finishes, and bespoke elements.
• Facilitate coordination between architecture, structure, MEP, civil, and interior design teams to harmonize all building elements.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or similar software, identifying and resolving conflicts between various building systems.
• Generate detailed architectural and structural drawings, schedules, and reports directly from the BIM model.
• Implement BIM quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of building models.
• Identify potential design risks or constructability issues early in the project lifecycle, particularly concerning luxury-specific design features.
• Provide training and technical support to project teams, ensuring effective utilization of BIM processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 13-15 years of experience in BIM management.
• At least 10 years of experience working on high-end luxury building projects within the construction industry.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools for 3D model creation and management.
• Experience with Navisworks or similar software for clash detection and resolution.
• Ability to ensure models comply with luxury design standards, local regulations, and international building codes.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of BIM execution plans and industry standards (*, ISO 19650).

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh and operates within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment, focusing on luxury construction projects. The role involves regular coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
