About the Role

SADAD Design Studio is seeking a BIM Interior Designer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in BIM and interior design to contribute to various client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging designs and layouts for diverse projects.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their objectives and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and the internal team to meet client needs.
• Prepare client presentations, including 3D models, 2D drawings, mock-ups, and renderings.
• Generate client quotes and ensure adherence to the complete workflow.
• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge to remain relevant in the field.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. A demonstrated ability to execute projects effectively is essential.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
