Boutique Manager

About the Role

Richemont is seeking a Boutique Manager to oversee the daily operations of an assigned store in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on achieving commercial targets, including sales volumes, profitability, and new client acquisition, while managing within budget constraints. The Boutique Manager will also contribute to enhancing the Brand/Maison image and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the boutique to achieve commercial targets such as sales volumes, profitability, and new client acquisition, ensuring adherence to budget.
• Analyze commercial results, providing insights and recommendations on trends to support managerial decision-making and clarify implications.
• Communicate the local action plan, aligning it with the function's strategy and the organization's mission, and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
• Oversee the front end, back end, and sales floor of a small to medium-sized store with a homogeneous product line to meet operational sales performance goals.
• Provide expert advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolve queries, and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Operate within established financial control systems to deliver designated outcomes, track budgets, and report variances to senior colleagues.
• Utilize performance management systems to set personal objectives, monitor team performance, allocate work, review completion, and take corrective actions to ensure timeliness and quality, contributing to formal appraisals.
• Offer coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company diversity and inclusion guidelines, fostering an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent level of education.
• 2-5 years of experience sufficient to handle most situations and advise others.
• Demonstrated managerial experience in supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis. The Boutique Manager will lead a team within a retail environment, focusing on operational excellence and commercial success.
