Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Boutique Manager to oversee daily operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing a boutique to achieve commercial targets and uphold the brand's image.

Role Overview

The Boutique Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of an assigned store, ensuring the achievement of commercial targets such as sales volumes, profitability, and new client acquisition, while adhering to budget constraints. The role also contributes to the development of the Brand/Maison image and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations to achieve commercial targets, including sales volumes, profitability, and new client acquisition, within budget.
• Analyze commercial results, providing insights and recommendations on trends to support managerial decision-making.
• Communicate the local action plan, aligning it with the function's strategy and the broader organizational mission, and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
• Manage the front-end, back-end, and sales floor of a small to medium-sized store with a homogeneous product line to meet operational sales performance goals.
• Offer expert advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues, and escalating complex matters as needed.
• Operate within established financial control systems to deliver designated outcomes, track budgets, and report variances to senior colleagues.
• Utilize performance management systems to set and achieve personal objectives, monitor team performance, allocate work, review completion, and take corrective actions to ensure timeliness and quality, contributing to formal performance appraisals.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company diversity and inclusion guidelines, fostering an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education.
• 5-10 years of experience sufficient to handle most situations and advise others.
• Demonstrated managerial experience in supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
