Brand Manager Food Service

About the Role

Procapita Group is seeking an experienced Brand Manager Food Service to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and market execution within the HORECA / Food Service sector across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy and maintain premium brand positioning throughout the market.
• Drive brand activations, visibility initiatives, POSM deployment, and in-market execution.
• Identify and acquire high-potential HORECA customers, developing long-term relationships.
• Develop product proposals and SKU recommendations based on customer needs and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to support account growth and customer engagement efforts.
• Coordinate with Category Management, Supply Chain, and other internal teams on forecasting, product availability, and order planning.
• Support sales teams through product training, market insights, pricing inputs, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with brand/principal teams regarding market requirements, POSM, and special requests.
• Analyze sales data, customer consumption patterns, pricing, margins, competitor activity, and overall brand performance.
• Maintain forecasts, brand trackers, customer pipelines, and performance reports to support commercial decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong experience in customer development and commercial execution.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and commercial planning skills.
• Experience working with suppliers is an advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, decision-making, and relationship management skills.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
