About the Role

Technology Track is seeking a Building Management Systems Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient, safe, and reliable operation of facilities through the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of building management and related control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain building management systems (BMS) and associated control systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Coordinate with facility management teams to optimize building services, including HVAC, lighting, and energy management.
• Collaborate with project managers, ICT specialists, and external vendors for the integration of BMS solutions with broader digital infrastructure.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing technical support.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and local regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and automation.
• Mandatory requirement for KSA project experience.
• Proficiency with leading BMS platforms such as Siemens Desigo CC, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls.
• Strong working knowledge of integration protocols including BACnet/IP, Modbus, and KNX.
• Demonstrated experience in reading and producing control schematics, point schedules, and I/O drawings.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, DDC controllers, and field devices (sensors, actuators, VFDs).
• Excellent technical communication skills for professional liaison with clients and consultants.

Candidate Profile

Candidates based in KSA with a transferable Iqama are preferred. International candidates willing to relocate to KSA will also be considered.
