Business Analysis Consultant

About the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking an experienced Business Analysis Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role requires a professional with 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, requirements management, and digital transformation. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business requirements into effective solutions.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. The Business Analysis Consultant will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions align with strategic goals and operational needs, supporting various digital transformation and business improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional requirements.
• Gather, document, validate, and manage business and system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct business process analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify areas for enhancement.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, efficiency, and service quality.
• Develop essential documentation including business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with defined business requirements.
• Support digital transformation and broader business improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with various stakeholders.
• Analyze existing systems and processes and recommend enhancements.
• Support solution evaluation, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Monitor requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience in process improvement, requirements management, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, mapping, and gap analysis techniques.
