The Business Analyst Role

Maximus KSA is seeking a Business Analyst to join its growing Technology team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to understand business needs, define requirements, and support the implementation of enterprise technology and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across digital and technology initiatives.
• Support stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and business process analysis.
• Develop clear business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support product and delivery backlog refinement and requirements prioritization.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Gather stakeholder and user feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation between business and technology teams.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within technology or digital product delivery. A strong understanding of requirements gathering, process analysis, and Agile methodologies is essential for this role.
