Business Analyst

About the Role

Starways is seeking to hire two Business Analysts to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position for a government digital project in the real estate sector, which relies on data and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage workshops for requirements gathering and documentation.
• Write use cases, scenarios, and user stories.
• Link regulatory body needs with technical solutions.
• Prepare FRD and SRD documents and follow up on their approval.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker.
• Residency in Saudi Arabia (national ID or valid Iqama).
• Proven experience in government projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in analyzing complex digital project requirements.
• Proficiency in BPMN and requirements documentation (Use Cases / User Stories).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the real estate sector or working with regulatory bodies.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires on-site attendance.

Experience Required

Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience.
