About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a pharmaceutical company to recruit a Business Analyst. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on transforming market data into strategic insights to support commercial decisions.

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will be responsible for providing data-driven insights that guide commercial strategies. This includes analyzing market data, assessing sales potential, and managing performance dashboards to track key performance indicators for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform market data into actionable strategic insights to inform commercial decisions, including forecasting, territory design, and performance management.
• Utilize IQVIA and other data sources to develop a weighted map of sales potential across Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and manage commercial performance dashboards.
• Track KPIs for the sales team post-launch and provide regular, insightful reports to the Go-To-Market (GTM) committee.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business analytics, sales analytics, or commercial excellence role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated, hands-on expertise with IQVIA data is mandatory.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Highly analytical with a natural ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Strategic thinker capable of connecting data points to broader business objectives.
