About Raya Logistic Services and the Role

Raya Logistic Services is an expanding facility services and commercial provider scaling its operations across Riyadh. We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is central to bridging operational field execution with our commercial growth strategy, contributing directly to the company's expansion in the region.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Business Analyst will operate at the intersection of Operations, Finance, and Growth. This position involves translating complex data, including scheduling information, labor costs, and market metrics, into actionable decisions. The primary objective is to optimize contract margins, minimize customer churn, and drive overall profitability for the organization.

Operational and Field Analytics Responsibilities

Key responsibilities related to operational efficiency and field performance include:

  • Analyzing labor productivity metrics, such as staff-to-area ratios, contract hours, and overtime drivers, to refine scheduling and staffing models.
  • Developing comprehensive contract profitability frameworks that account for labor, materials, equipment, and logistical overhead.
  • Monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), investigating operational bottlenecks, and tracking corrective measures.
  • Evaluating route planning, shift allocations, and new contract mobilizations to reduce idle time and operational expenses.
  • Tracking material and resource consumption against benchmarks to eliminate waste and optimize procurement processes.
  • Supporting workforce forecasting through analysis of retention trends, absenteeism rates, and recruitment timelines.

Commercial and Growth Analytics Responsibilities

Responsibilities also extend to commercial performance and growth initiatives:

  • Measuring commercial performance across acquisition channels, including tracking lead volume, acquisition costs, and segment conversion rates.
  • Evaluating customer retention, contract renewal metrics, and identifying early-warning indicators for at-risk accounts.
  • Analyzing market segments (corporate, retail, healthcare, residential) to identify high-margin growth opportunities.
  • Supporting pricing strategies, tender reviews, and bid modeling to optimize cost-to-serve economics.
  • Assessing cross-sell and upsell potential across specialized service offerings.

Reporting and Process Optimization

The Business Analyst will also be responsible for:

  • Owning executive management dashboards and preparing recurring operational reporting packs.
  • Translating departmental requirements into functional specifications for CRM, ERP, and workforce management systems.
  • Documenting core business processes and drafting clear standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Preparing client-facing performance reports for quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Candidate Profile and Experience

We are looking for an analytical problem-solver with 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant business analysis role. The ideal candidate will enjoy working closely with field operations and possess the ability to transform complex operational data into commercial success. This position requires a data-driven approach and a commitment to optimizing business performance.
