Role Overview

The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs and data to enhance processes, define clear requirements, and support informed decision-making across various stakeholders. This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver validated requirements and user stories to support project development.
• Produce actionable insights derived from business data analysis.
• Improve existing workflows through detailed process mapping.
• Support the tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure alignment among stakeholders and facilitate the adoption of changes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and KPI design principles.
• Proficiency with SQL and various data visualization tools.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities and clear communication skills.
• Developed analytical thinking and a keen attention to detail.
