‏We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Specialist (Female) to identify new business opportunities and promote the company’s contracting, HVAC, refrigeration, and maintenance services.
‏Key Responsibilities:
‏ * Identify prospective clients and develop strong business relationships.
‏ * Promote the company’s services and follow up on sales opportunities.
‏ * Coordinate with technical teams to prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
‏ * Maintain client records and report on sales activities and opportunities.
‏Requirements:
‏ * Gender: Female.
‏ * Experience: 2–5 years of sales or business development experience; contracting, maintenance, HVAC, or refrigeration experience is preferred.
‏ * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
‏ * Proficiency in Arabic and English; English proficiency is essential.
‏ * Computer proficiency; CRM experience is an advantage.
‏ * A valid driving license or reliable transportation for field visits.
‏Work Details:
‏ * Work Location: Al Rimal Square, Riyadh.
‏ * Work Arrangement: Office-based and field-based.
‏ * Work Schedule: Six days per week; Friday off.
‏ * Salary: Starting from SAR 3,000, plus attractive commissions.
