The Role: Business Development Manager, Electro Voice & Dynacord

Keenfinity Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Inspiring Audio Business, specifically focusing on the Electro Voice and Dynacord brands. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is responsible for driving business growth within the assigned territory. The role requires frequent travel, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse markets and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional business development strategy for the selected territory.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth areas, supported by market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
• Achieve annual sales and revenue targets across assigned countries, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Lead the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, including preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and business cases.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage business activities within Saudi Arabia, traveling regularly to meet customers, partners, and government stakeholders.
• Identify and develop strategic alliances with industry players, participating in tenders, RFPs, and large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, technical, finance, and operations teams to coordinate proposal preparation and customer solutions.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reports, monitor KPIs, and present business reviews and market insights to management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business development or a related commercial field. The position requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex sales cycles and strategic partnerships. Experience working across diverse markets and cultures is essential.
