Key Responsibilities

• Set and drive the sales team's targets, quotas, and closing plans.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in business development or sales management roles. Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and achieve revenue targets is essential for this position.
