About the Role

Al-Enjaz Company is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in business development and institutional excellence, focusing on strategic planning, change management, and performance monitoring to enhance organizational efficiency and employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and direction of development strategies and initiatives aimed at improving institutional efficiency and employee productivity.
• Provide support and guidance to departments for the smooth planning and execution of change and development initiatives.
• Monitor departmental performance indicators and conduct regular evaluations to enhance and develop operational processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or General Management.
• 5-7 years of experience in business development and institutional excellence.
• Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or ISO 9001 are preferred.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in process mapping software (Visio) and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated team leadership abilities.
• Proven change management skills.
