BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

About the Role

Easy World Automation (eWorld) is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on driving business growth and expanding market share for Industrial Networking, Automation, and Data Communication Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation and business development within these sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automation, industrial, and technology sectors in Al Khobar.
• Generate leads through various channels, including direct outreach, networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored automation solutions.
• Research industry trends and market conditions to identify growth areas and customer needs.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay informed on trends and identify new revenue opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Provide ongoing post-sale support to clients to ensure successful implementation and long-term satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, specifically within Industrial Networking, Automation, and Data Communication Solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and expand market share.
• Strong understanding of the automation, industrial, and technology sectors.

Work Environment and Travel

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, KSA. The role requires regular travel within the Gulf region as part of the profile's responsibilities.
