Business Development Specialist

About the Role

Entshaar is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is for an ambitious, commercially driven individual focused on identifying and converting business opportunities into successful deals. The specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients, and develop business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Lead client meetings and commercial negotiations.
• Handle client objections professionally and effectively.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients until deals are successfully closed.
• Prepare commercial proposals and presentations.
• Manage and update leads, opportunities, and client information through the CRM system.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Confident personality with the ability to lead and manage client conversations.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to find mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
• Excellent follow-up skills and persistence in closing deals.
• Ability to handle objections and commercial challenges effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic business software.

Compensation

The compensation package for this role includes a basic salary of SAR 6,000 per month. Additionally, there is a monthly performance bonus of up to SAR 10,000 and a commission of up to 5%.
