About the Role

شركة مرامر للمقاولات is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to expanding the company's presence and securing new projects within the dynamic Saudi construction and contracting market. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in business development, focusing on identifying and cultivating strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi construction and contracting market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and government entities across Saudi Arabia.
• Monitor upcoming projects, market trends, competitor activities, and tender opportunities throughout the Kingdom.
• Coordinate effectively with estimation, technical, and procurement teams for comprehensive proposal and tender submissions.
• Prepare and submit prequalification documents, company profiles, and capability statements.
• Follow up on tenders, RFQs, and project opportunities using platforms such as SAP and other tendering systems.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to promote company services.
• Support commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and project acquisition activities.
• Maintain accurate business development reports, trackers, and opportunity pipelines.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings across Saudi Arabia.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening the company's presence in the Saudi market.
• Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated Business Development experience within the Saudi construction or contracting market.
• Proven experience in successfully securing projects and managing client relations within Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with consultants, developers, contractors, and government authorities in KSA.

Essential Skills and Market Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Saudi market regulations, tendering procedures, and the overall project lifecycle in the construction sector.
• Possession of a strong professional network and established relationships within the Saudi construction industry.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred for this role.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves frequent travel and representation at various events and client sites across the Kingdom, reflecting the dynamic nature of business development in the construction sector.
