About the Role

Intelligent Solutions HR is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager for a client in the reinsurance sector. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses on driving business process management and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The role involves optimizing end-to-end workflows, strengthening process governance, and delivering measurable improvements across key business functions.

Role Context

The Business Process Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders in Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, and IT. This position requires translating business requirements into efficient, scalable, and risk-aware processes. The successful candidate will shape the Business Process Management (BPM) strategy within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the BPM strategy, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory objectives.
• Establish and maintain company-wide process governance frameworks, standards, and documentation.
• Prioritize process improvement initiatives based on business value, ROI, risk reduction, and regulatory requirements.
• Map and analyze As-Is processes, identify inefficiencies and root causes, and design optimized To-Be workflows.
• Facilitate process workshops with Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, and other business teams.
• Act as a key liaison between business functions and IT to support effective process transformation.
• Develop and monitor process performance metrics, including cycle times, error rates, and operational efficiency.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and training materials for business users.
• Track and report operational efficiency improvements and key BPM initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong expertise in the reinsurance sector.
• Demonstrated experience in business process management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into efficient processes.
