The Role of Car Salesman

Soum is seeking a Car Salesman to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing the complete customer sales journey for vehicles, from initial lead engagement to successful deal closure. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field and will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer journey, from lead assignment through to deal closure.
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Present suitable vehicle options and clearly explain inspection results and available financing solutions.
• Follow up with customers and effectively handle objections throughout the sales process.
• Encourage qualified customers to proceed with vehicle inspections and complete their purchase.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicator (KPI) conversions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Inspection, Financing, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth deal completion.
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Strong command of the Saudi Accent (mandatory requirement).
