Aston Martin Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is centered on delivering an exceptional client experience while achieving sales objectives for luxury vehicles within the Saudi market.

The Role of Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving the sale of luxury vehicles, meeting monthly sales and conversion ratio targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strict adherence to established sales policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on providing a professional and memorable purchase journey for every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads by actively engaging in prospecting activities to expand the customer base.
• Create a hospitable showroom environment, providing a warm reception to customers from arrival to departure.
• Consult with customers to understand their required vehicle specifications and meet their needs.
• Present and display all vehicle technical, external, interior, and safety features to inform customers.
• Maintain accurate and efficient customer records in the Synergy System for sales analytics and customer relations.
• Provide requested requirements to Purchase Consultation customers to ensure loyalty.
• Highlight vehicle driving characteristics by engaging with customers in test drives.
• Maximize brand awareness by explaining all unique selling points of the vehicles to customers.
• Actively seek to close deals by gaining customer commitment and signing agreements to achieve sales objectives.
• Deliver a professional purchase experience by adhering to the Luxury Vehicle Consultative Selling Process and Customer Journey guidelines.
• Promote the brand, its heritage, and HHA services with passion to achieve sales objectives.
• Involve with Trade-In Procedures (if applicable) in coordination with the Service Centre.
• Follow documentation processes for sold vehicles and update customer data through the Synergy System.
• Perform the delivery of all sold vehicles to customers in a memorable and exceptional manner.
• Conduct follow-up calls with customers after vehicle delivery, as per Luxury Vehicle Standards and call intervals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Possess at least a university degree.
• Preferably have at least two years of experience in automotive sales within the Saudi market.

• Strong networking and interpersonal skills, with a natural ease in dealing with customers.
• Exhibit excellent professional appearance and a positive attitude.
