About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Master Data Officer (Sales) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing critical sales-related master data within the SAP system to ensure accuracy and efficiency across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and consistent SAP master data in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement master data updates, and provide end-user training to enhance SAP utilization.
• Create, maintain, and update SAP master data based on requests from authorized data providers.
• Review and enhance master data procedures and standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all business processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in master data management and implement changes to maximize business value and system effectiveness.
• Collaborate with end users and data providers to ensure the accurate collection, maintenance, and optimization of master data for assigned business objects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and business initiatives to support operational excellence and overall business performance.
• Ensure compliance with SAP change management procedures and maintain strict control over master data updates to prevent unauthorized changes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma qualification in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using SAP.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role operates within a team environment, focusing on the management of sales master data.
