The Role of Master Data Officer (Sales)

Almarai is seeking a Master Data Officer (Sales) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to maintaining the integrity and consistency of SAP master data, ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and core business requirements. The role involves identifying opportunities for process enhancement, executing master data updates, and providing essential end-user training to optimize SAP utilization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update SAP master data in accordance with requests received from authorized data providers.
• Review and enhance master data procedures and standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all business processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within master data management and implement changes that maximize business value and system effectiveness.
• Collaborate with end users and data providers to ensure the accurate collection, maintenance, and optimization of master data for assigned business objects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and business initiatives to support operational excellence and overall business performance.
• Ensure compliance with SAP change management procedures and maintain strict control over master data updates to prevent unauthorized changes.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Diploma qualification in a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
