We are seeking a Master Data Officer (Sales) to join our team in Riyadh for a full-time position.

Role Overview

The Master Data Officer (Sales) is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of SAP master data, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and business requirements. This role involves identifying opportunities for process improvements, implementing master data updates, and providing training to end-users to optimize SAP utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update SAP master data based on requests from authorized data providers.
• Review and enhance master data procedures and standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all business processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within master data management and implement changes to maximize business value and system effectiveness.
• Collaborate with end-users and data providers to ensure accurate collection, maintenance, and optimization of master data for assigned business objects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and overall business performance.
• Ensure compliance with SAP change management procedures and maintain strict control over master data updates to prevent unauthorized changes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma qualification in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using SAP.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in both written and spoken English is required for this role.
