Role Overview: Personnel Manager

Almarai is seeking a Personnel Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and achieving HR objectives in alignment with local regulations and Group Personnel Policies and Procedures. The Personnel Manager will also provide support to the personnel and administrative functions within the assigned Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and achieve human resources objectives in accordance with relevant local regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Group Personnel Policies and Procedures.
• Provide support for personnel functions within the Division.
• Offer administrative support to the Division.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR objectives effectively.
• Understanding of local regulations pertaining to personnel management.
• Familiarity with Group Personnel Policies and Procedures.
