The company is seeking an IT Business Partner to join its team in Riyadh for a full-time position, contributing to its continued expansion.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the IT Business Partner role is to address divisional IT requirements. This involves ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of people, processes, tools, and technologies across the organization to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Business Partner is responsible for meeting the IT needs of specific divisions within Almarai. This includes overseeing the efficient and effective application of IT resources, encompassing personnel, operational processes, technological tools, and systems, to align with business strategies and support ongoing operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years within the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated experience in Software Development and IT Project Management.
• Experience in business process analysis and re-engineering.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
