The Cashier is responsible for handling all customer payment processes, including cash, card, and digital transactions, in strict adherence to established cash-handling procedures. This position requires a focus on accuracy, customer service, and operational support within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer transactions using various payment methods, including cash, card, and digital platforms.
• Adhere strictly to all established cash-handling procedures and company policies.
• Greet customers professionally and answer basic inquiries regarding products or services.
• Issue receipts for all transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies.
• Support other front-of-house activities as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Work Environment
