Job Description Functional

🔸 Receptionist/ :

Greeting customers and welcoming them professionally

Organizing reservations and managing waiting lists

Directing customers to appropriate tables

Responding to customer inquiries and providing information

Coordinating with the service team to ensure an excellent experience

 

🔸 Cashier (Sales Accountant):

Receiving customer orders and entering them into the sales system

Collecting payments (cash / network / electronic)

Issuing invoices accurately

Managing the cash drawer (cash) and reconciling amounts at the end of the shift

Polite interaction with customers and solving minor problems
